after attending the Peggy Guggenheim collection at the WA Art Gallery..... so inspired by Jackson Pollock's Blue Poles that I spent the following hours going 100 miles per hour at the sewing machine... Pollock I believe worked with spontaneity and immediacy creating 'unconventional works of art'. I believe Pollock worked with no planned result with his works....well thats how I attacked the sewing machine and had a great time....I really like this piece and enjoyed expending all that energy!!
